climb along the rocky coastline, do it with people you just got to know (after you had a huge lunch and cookingsession with them), sit a while on some rocks in the water and be filled with gratefulness and grace as you realise that all creation praises God
visit St. Ninians Islandsrun along the beach between two oceans,
bayfoot!
doesn´t matter how cold it is,
be quiet
and remember the journey God has taken you as you go step by step
run down the st.ninians hill as fast as you can on your way back
