last autumndays

The last sunny autumndays have been overrun by snow
yeah, writing about weather always works

have been sitting in trains for some hours
yesterday early morning half asleep but eyes open
it has been so calming seeing the light moving
on all these snowy vinyards and small villages with castles

we were travelling to some conference presentingthe outcomes of our summerworkcamp to the people/organisation who have funded us
felt quite grown up

Last weekend we have been out having some wine at a local bar
nice sounding music from the cellar
the band situation leclerq still needed a sleeping place
I love to have people over
making coffee and waking up nearly strangers
just so

songs that struck me the last novemberdays
my body is a cage
that keeps me from dancing
with the one I love
but my mind holds the key (Arcade Fire)
